Each month I am amazed! As the activity of registrations increases, you adopt more Students. As the adoptions increase, there is an increase in quiz submissions. This month there were 1,000 additional quizzes submitted by Students compared to June. Every single one of those quizzes was given feedback by a Study Helper. Baptism requests and activity continue to remain strong. Not everyone will respond to the call of the Gospel, but EVERY ONE of us can sow the seed and water. God will cause growth as we remain faithful to sharing Jesus.
In July 2023, we saw the following activity:

- Web Students: 3,746

- WBS Lite: 8,609

Laurie is More Than a Number
What a joy it is to watch World Bible School Students grow and learn through their studies, especially when some become so excited they can’t wait to take the step to wash away their sins. Laurie had only completed a few lessons from God Has Spoken, but her eyes had been opened and touched by the teaching and message from God’s Word. Laurie knew she needed to be baptized. Her Study Helper placed Laurie on the Follow-up Request Board, and she was connected with the Lehigh Acres church of Christ.
Larry Westberrie, one of the members of the Lehigh Acres church of Christ, gave Laurie a phone call and talked with her. He invited her to visit the congregation the following Sunday and followed up with her later in the week to encourage her. Laurie was both excited and nervous about visiting.
That Sunday, Laurie was baptized into Christ. She said everyone was very friendly to her, and she plans to visit the Lehigh Acres church of Christ. The congregation is about 40 minutes from where Laurie lives. Please pray for Laurie as she begins this new journey of faith and her continued growth in studying the Bible.
